My husband and I visited Minx Dining room for the first time last month and we were absolutely flabbergasted by both the quality of the food that was on offer and the overall ambiance of the place.
We had the seared scallops and the goats cheese tortellini to start and I had the Akaroa Salmon dish while he had the pork fillet and belly - we're really blessed with good food in this country and it was a pleasure to see these quality ingredients given the justice they deserve!
We'll be back to the Minx Dining Room for sure - not only because of our experience but because I was so full on the last visit that I had to miss out on the Chocolate Fondant....I've got my eye on you!
