If ever there was an argument for picking one thing and doing it well, the Holy Smoke restaurant is it. Exquisite and, of course, smoked food is their forte. Undeniably and unsurprisingly, the whole concept is built around the brick smokehouse. It makes for rustic yet elegant surroundings.
Any fear of smoked food will melt away the moment you walk through the door. Faced with a comforting menu, novices can be assured that the smoking is subtle. The best delicacies are on the starter menu, a great way to introduce yourself to their range. The wine selection alongside is superbly chosen to complement.
