Cocktail Recipe

Key ingredient
> Rum

Glass type
> Highball

Ingredients
45mls Tahiti Dark Rum
150mls pineapple juice
Dash of sugar syrup or fine white sugar
3 wedges of lime
Lime wedge to garnish

Method
> Combine all in a shaker
> Fill with ice
> Shake quickly, and strain into a ice-filled glass
> Garnish with a squeeze of lime
