> Vodka

Glass type
> Long Glass

Ingredients
2 shots 42 Below Manuka Honey Vodka
1 Tsp Sugar
1 Lime (finely chopped)
Mint
Ginger Beer
Ice

Method
> Muddle sugar with lime
> Add mint, vodka and pour into chilled long glass
> Add ice and top with Ginger Beer
