Cocktail Recipe

Key ingredient
> Vodka

Glass type
> Martini

Ingredients
45mls (1 1/2oz) 42 Below Pure Vodka
20mls (2/3oz) Gomme or Sugar Syrup
30mls (1 oz) fresh lemon juice
7.5mls (1/4oz) balsamic vinegar
3 diced strawberries
1 strawberry to garnish
Black pepper to garnish

Method
> In a mixing glass, muddle diced strawberries with sugar syrup
> Add vodka, lemon juice and balsamic vinegar
> Strain into a chilled martini glass
> Garnish with strawberry and fresh grind of black pepper
