Cocktail Recipe
Key ingredient> Vodka

> Catalina
Ingredients
5 Lychees
15mls Passionfruit pulp
barspoon of dark muscovado sugar
6 pieces of big mint leaves
15mls Lychee infused Vodka
30mls Passionfruit Vodka
Splash of Veuve Cliquot
Method
> Add lychees, passionfruit pulp, sugar and crushed mint leaves
> Shake well
> Add Lychee infused Vodka and Passionfruit Vodka
> Shake and dump into a large Catalina, topping up with Veuve Cliquot
Garnish with a Maraschino cherry inside a lychee, with mint sprig on the side.
