> Cocktail

Ingredients
25mls (5/6oz) 42 Below Kiwifruit Vodka
25mls (5/6oz) vanilla-infused 42 Below Pure Vodka
25mls (5/6oz) Dow's White Port
10mls (1/3oz) Muscat Wine
1 celery stick, finely grated
1 gold kiwifruit, peeled and diced
Celery leaf to garnish

Method
> In a mixing glass, muddle the celery and kiwifruit
> Add spirits and shake vigorously
> Pour into cocktail glass
> Garnish with a celery leaf
